I spoke with Pete about a motherboard and CPU problem I was having today. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and put me in the right direction. This type of customer service is rare these days, but very much appreciated by myself as well as many others I am sure. I will be bringing all of my future computer business to Pete and ABCD. Pete with ABCD Computers has been fixing my computer problems for the last 2 years are so. Now i have a new laptop and pete came by and setup the wireless router and tranfered all my data to the laptop. I will always reommend ABCD Computer to all my friends. Great Job Pete
My computer was basically frozen due to the over 300 unprotected files I had downloaded. My wife and I were about to give Dell a call and have them wipe our pc clean along with very important memories, powerpoints, pics and music. Pete, who is a neighbor of my Mother-in-law, was recommended by her and many of the other neighbors as well. We always saw his work truck with the sign on the side and thought it was worth a shot. Well, it was well worth every penny of the fair price we we're quoted. Pete and his son cleaned our pc saving our files, recommended and installed a top-shelf securtity program, and further educated us on the do's and don'ts of file-sharing and basic computer mechanics. Pete's knowledge of pc's is unmatched right along with his customer service. In my opinion, there's no one else you should trust your pc to.
I called Pete up Sunday morning around 10AM needing to get a quick fix for my laptop. By 11:30 he came around my house and cleared the issue to my satisfaction. Thanks for the availability and speed Pete.

Pete saves the day once again! I purchased an anti-virus CD from him back in June and installed it on my desktop. The disk covers up to 3 PCs, so I attempted to install it on my new laptop. Unfortunately, it was not compatible because my laptop has the new windows program. I called Pete to inquire about getting a new disk for my laptop and instead of automatically selling me a new disk, he talked me through a work-around on the trend website to get both of my computers on the same disk without having to buy anything. He truely cares about fixing the problem....not just making a buck. Thanks Pete! I REALLY appreciate it!
Called ABCD Computers because my computer would not start. Pete came out in shot time and found the problem quickly. Thank ABCD comoputers for fixing my computer quickly. Use this guy Pete.
I also called on 1/31/10 and made an appointment with Pete for the following day as my laptop suddenly would not operate in regular mode. Pete stopped by and did a virus scan with his recommended software which found numerous issues that McAfee had not. Unfortunately it wasn't enough to save the laptop as the motherboard apparently is on its last legs. Pete took the extra time to check the hard drive and memory and go through several different steps to confirm this, ultimately determining it to be a hardware problem. Realizing this, Pete did not bother to charge for any of his time since he wasn't able to solve the problem and realized I was already going to be biting the bullet on a new laptop. I wish there were more businesses and people like Pete out there, but won't lose too much sleep over it knowing who I can turn to in the future.
Called the guy on a sunday afternoon, He said he couldn't help me that day because it vwas his anniversary and he was trying to spend it with his wife. he did end up troubleshooting the problem with me on the phone for about 15 minutes and then recomended possible quick fixes as well as send me to the next cheapest place in town to try and work it out. Seems like a genuine care about people and thier problems guy. You may not get the answer or xcheap fix out of him but he seems like he's fair and honest.
